We felt the location was the highlight for this rental We had visited the community the summer previous specifically to find such a location. Plenty of bedrooms to accomadate but new matresses are a MUST! Decent kitchen however dishwasher needs replacing since several times we found water had seeped onto floor. also, the 2 bedrooms on the lower level had a strong musty odor. not one window could be lifted in the one LLevel bedroom. Dehumidifier would have helped!

We loved the beach and the beautiful view. The owners paintings were a joy to look at. We had a great time in spite of some things that were less than ideal. All of the cabinets in the kitchen were full, so there was no place to put out food. All of the beds have very old mattresses and were uncomfortable. There were no shades in the bedrooms so it got very bright, very early.

Great house; lots of space and great access to the beach. Only minor issue is the ice maker doesn't work (or I couldn't figure out how to turn it on). Would be great if it could working on future visits!
