    The only complaint I have about the Property Management Company is that it seemed to take a long time to get the refund of my security deposit. It just hit my credit card account today for a stay that ended on October 27th. Otherwise, I thought the property mangement people I dealt with were very professional and nice.

    Condo was beautiful. Some small problems (TV in second bedroom didn’t work, light out in hallway), but the staff there did their best to try to get things right. Second bath was not as clean as it should have been. Been spending vacations in Harbor Springs our entire lives (70+ years), so we ate at favorite restaurants, shopped, and did a lot of relaxing!

    The unit was lovely and had wonderful views of the harbor and bay. It was beautifully decorated and with the exception of the carpet (stains throughout) it was verr clean. It does need a new toaster. The one they provided was broken and it would be nice to have more substantial flatwear. The check in and checkout were very easy. Overall a great unit.

    Overall clean and modern apartment in the best location in Harbor Springs. The living area was expensively furnished with and a modern and well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the working fireplace in the cold days. The negatives were the dated bathrooms which were challenges for older folks like us. Also, the design error of the plush white carpet in the dining area. It was difficult to keep clean and made it hard to move the seating at the table.

    We have rented this unit multiple times. The view is just breath taking! And you cannot find a better location. This is a large unit with very nice amenities and well maintained. Parking and access are perfect. Our only recurring complaint is a very strong smell in the foyer. You get used to it. We always bring a scented candle and all is good. We LOVE this unit.
