This beautifully designed condo has an open kitchen and dining area that is great for cooking and conversation. The living room is just on the other side of the dining area and features a flat screen tv and fireplace. The deck is adjacent to the living area with a charcoal grill and awning. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with adjoining bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has two twin beds. This condo is refreshingly updated and meticulously maintained. It is located in one of the best spots in town, close to beaches, parks and Main Street.

    Bay Springs #7 is very well appointed with everything needed, especially in the kitchen. It is tastefully decorated and feels like home. The location is perfect for walking, close to shopping and restaurants in this picturesque town. My sister and I were guests here for a week, which wasn't long enough. We will return soon.

    This is an ideal unit for a few days or a week. It’c got a wonderful, quiet, location, it’s nicely furnished and appointed, and it’s well managed. We needed a grill-cleaning brush and a hair dryer, and they were promptly provided. Otherwise everything we needed was there and in good condition.
