  Spacious with an open concept living, super large deck with a private wooded view. New community center and pools are awesome. New washer and dryer installed during our stay. Needs a new electric glass top stove, the burners were not level and cooking was a challenge. Love Harbor Cove.

We also enjoyed all the amenities - a beautiful Lake Michigan beach, an outdoor and an indoor pool with a hot tub, and hiking trails within walking distance from the property.

  We had a wonderful vacation in August staying at Harbor Cove Unit 108. The condo is conveniently located with easy access to a grocery store, Walgreens and a gas station.
  Downtown Harbor Springs is only 3 miles away with a biking/jogging/walking trail straight into town.
  
  The condo is very comfortable with a perfect floor plan for family and friends. It has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with sauna on the 2nd floor. The owners suite on the 1st floor has a private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor has private access to a full bathroom. Every bedroom and the living room has a flatscreen tv with cable.

  This is our 3rd year renting this unit. Great for our family, spacious living area with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on second level. Decor could use updating especially the dishwasher and stove but the unit is clean and furnishings are comfortable and very functional. Large wrap around deck with three door walls. Umbrella on the deck needs to be replaced full of pine sap and very dirty.

  we usually like 108 at Harbor Cove, however, this year with no pool (outside or inside) and some difficulty with condo temperatures it was a little different this year. And I believe the price went up as well.

  Long time timeshare owner at Harbor Cove, rent this unit for last two years for a great unit to bring the entire family for a great summer time experience in the area. The unit is spacious and furnished comfortably. Full size washer/dryer great for large family. AC and Wi-Fi worked great. Pool and Beach areas are great and not crowded. Unit was relatively clean and well-maintained. Graham mgt was professional, well organized and responsive. Love walks along Beach drive to Harbor Springs in the morning approximately 3 miles. I would recommend this unit to friends and family. Large deck area around back facing the woods, very private. The deck, umbrella table and chairs were very dirty with pine needles and sap and had not been cleaned in sometime, umbrella was very dirty. We cleaned it before use and ignored umbrella. Screens in upper bedrooms did not fit in so we had to use AC even though the temperature was in the mid 70’s with low humidity. Screen track on main door wall was hard to open. However in general clean and well maintained.

  The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having our own Lk MI beach, a pool, and a small playground was a plus for our small grandchildren. And the location was great - a short drive into Petoskey and a bike ride away from Harbor Springs.

  Great time, like the unit, second time we have rented it. Will do it again next year same time. Two bathrooms on main level have problems with draining of water. One the tap keeps running while the shower is on and the other the drain is just plugged.
