  Enjoyed # 82. Filled our need of 5 bedrooms. Common area smaller but very adequate and nice. Used the fireplace every night. All Good. A few comments:
  Fireplace should have been cleaned by housekeepers but no big deal. The master bedroom without a fireplace needs a second light next to the bed. There is two side tables but only one lamp for the entire room. Minor investment. That is about it, had a good time.

  This is the third time we have stayed in this property and it didn't disappoint. Great location to the ski hills (and the bay in the summer) and a very well kept condo. The management team was very responsive and had excellent customer service. I would recommend to friends and family. Skied at Nubs and The Highlands, went snow shoeing at Hidden Valley Nature Preserve, shopping downtown Harbor springs and had dinner at Northern Lights. Really enjoyed the brand new pool and community center. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and adults enjoyed hanging out in the community room. Excellent visit overall.

  Spacious, clean condo with all the basic necessities. Had a few appliance hiccups which were addressed and fixed immediately! Extra boogie boards and beach chairs for use a bonus! We plan to return next year.

  We love this location - near skiing and Harbor Springs. We have stayed in smaller units previously. This larger place was perfect for three families with teenagers. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable.
