Comfortable and well appointed home just a few blocks from downtown and a short drive to Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob. Multiple living areas and large outdoor spaces make this home perfect for a large family or group of friends. Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath, a single bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twins and a bedroom with a queen bed all on the third level. The large walkout basement has a king bed and plenty of space for relaxing.

    The house was large enough for six adults. Nice deck area. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Nasty Carpet in living area really needs to be replaced with flooring and area rugs. Ice maker in fridge did not work at all which was very inconvenient. Garbage disposal didn’t work for the first two days until repairman came and fixed it. We would not choose to rent this house again. It’s too far from town to walk and it sits on top of the bluff making it difficult to bike. Graham is an excellent rental agent.

    The home was very nice and clean. Plenty of space for 8 people to stay comfortably without feeling crowded. Great location that is quiet, yet. It far from downtown Harbor.

    Our first rental had an unexpected issue with the well and therefore made it impossible to stay there as results of the water testing would not be in for several days to a week. I think the issue was a surprise to Graham as well as to us.
    Fortunately Graham Management was very sympathetic to our situation and through quick thinking and and some phone calls made other arrangements for us. So...packed everything up agin...and off to our new spot. The second house worked beautifully for our family of 5 and would definitely stay there again.

    We were honestly abkittke disappointed. The carpets were very dirty and the description of the location was not accurate.

    The property was very comfortable and the location was convenient to ski area and to town. We enjoyed the many amenities provided such as cookware in the kitchen and towels, shampoo,etc in the bathroom. The management company was very helpful and we really appreciated their retrieval of a lost stuffed animal for us.

    Comfortable, clean, well-appointed home for family to relax after a day of skiing. Close to Boyne Highlands and downtown Harbor Springs. Just wish the house came with a hot tub.

    We went Up North for a long weekend skiing at Boyne and Nubs Nob. This house was less than a 10-minute drive from both. It was less than a five-minute drive to Harbor Springs bars & restaurants.
    The house was clean, large and stocked with towels, etc.
    Management was responsive and helpful.
