Classic northern Michigan riverside log cabin in a perfect setting on 119' of the Sturgeon River featuring an open living area with wood-burning stone fireplace, spacious master, charming updated galley kitchen with custom cherry cabinets. The "fish house" guest quarters with private bedroom and bath is also on the property. Beautiful landscaping, a large lawn and two decks create an amazing outdoor space. A private dock allows easy access to your low profile boat. You may navigate from Burt Lake to the cabin via the river. This home is located on a quiet private cul-de-sac yet is close to shopping, dining, snowmobile trails, hunting, bicycle trails, inland water way, and is just a short drive from I-75.

During the winter months only the main cabin is available, the fish house is closed down.

    We truly loved our stay at this vacation home! It was in a great location for all the outdoor things we had planned! The beds were super comfortable. We loved the North Star store for morning coffee. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. The outdoor deck was perfect for eating meals and there wasn’t anything that the rental didn’t have. It was a great vacation for our family and we loved the outdoor guest house for additional family to stay in. Thanks so much!

    If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay this is it. We spent most of our time on the multi tiered deck admiring the Sturgeon River. Very well maintained, very clean, the property management company was very prompt with answers and check in / check out procedures. Highly recommend.
