Main Street Condo #5

This bright and spacious condo located in the heart of downtown features two bedrooms and two baths, high end finishes, granite countertops, large front balcony overlooking Main Street and a giant sun-filled deck out back with gas grill. Walk to dining, shopping and beaches from this fantastically located condo or stay cozy by the gas fireplace inside. The primary bedroom has a large walk in closet and access to the back deck. A large primary bath is located just outside the bedroom complete with washer and dryer.

  Overall, we had a nice holiday and enjoyed staying at the unit but we felt that there are some things that should be addressed. First, the mattresses are no longer comfortable and should be replaced. There is no lighting at the bottom of the outdoor staircase and my husband missed the last step more than once. The carpets are dirty and soiled and spotted. The unit really seems that it needs a refresh. The toilet in the guest bathroom kept plugging up. We had to purchase a streaming service to watch the holiday football games.

We did have the carpets cleaned prior to your stay which is why you had to pay for another carpet cleaning afterward because of the condition from bringing your dogs. We do provide YouTube TV and Netflix which we helped assist with login on multiple occasions throughout your stay. We are sorry you had to pay for an additional streaming service.   We had a nice time in Harbor Springs and enjoyed being in town. The condo was tastefully decorated. We did continue to have problems with the dishwasher and I think that the maintenance worker said he would have to get a new part. There were a few things missing that the staff brought over such as wine glasses, etc. We only had one garbage bag so we just bought some more.
