Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, this rooftop retreat is truly the best seat in town. We have stayed at the flat a few times for extended periods in the off season. We love it. We can both walk to work, dinner, or down to the water. The parking space is awesome to have although we never have to get in our car! My favorite thing is setting the mood lights at night. All of the switches are dimmable and it’s just so cozy!

Everything was better than imagined. Location is perfect, right downtown HS. The unit was immaculate and well stocked. Only used King bed and it was very comfortable- not often found in rentals. The roof top view is breathtaking. Everyone at Graham Management, especially Makayla Baker, was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. I was born and raised in HS. It was thrilling to walk Main Street, climb the boardwalk, walk the big dock, and swim at the beach. We loved going to the roof/sue terrace to take in the harbor view.
FYI. The door locking system is sensitive . We had to get management to help us twice.

Main Street Flat is a hidden gem above the main street in Harbor Springs. Clean, well appointed and Graham Mgt. was super easy to work with. We loved the rooftop and easy walking access to everything.
