This immaculate 3 bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Lakeside Club Condo is perfectly located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey with easy access to the Little Traverse Wheelway and the Petoskey State Park. Newly renovated with new furnishings and art, this condo is the perfect place for your Up North vacation. The condo is a short walk down to the beach on Round Lake or any of the other amenities on property. Lakeside Club Association features a sandy beach, tennis courts and an indoor pool.

This listing does require an association agreement to be filled out prior to arrival. The terms of this agreement are listed below.
1. The maximum speed limit on all Lakeside Club (hereinafter "Lakeside") property is 10 miles per hour. I will drive slowly and carefully and watch for children at play.
2. I may not park on any grass or behind any garage door except the garage door to the unit I am renting. I authorize Lakeside to tow to a locked storage facility and store therein, all at my expense, any item violating this rule.
3. I cannot have motorcycles, other motorized 2 or 3-wheel vehicles, boats, jet skis, wave riders, personal watercraft, snowmobiles or trailers on Lakeside property at any time for any reason. I authorize Lakeside to tow to a locked storage facility and store therein, all at my expense, any item violating this rule.
4. Any canoe, kayak, or other permissible watercraft must be stored floating attached to a buoy that is securely attached to the lake bottom, by a method other than an auger, which I must supply myself and which i must remove at the completion of its usage. I may never start personal watercraft from the beach area, nor may I ever pull any personal watercraft up on the beach area. I am not to bring boats, or personal watercraft onto any beach.
5. No glass containers are allowed on any beach on Lakeside property.
6. No firearms, fireworks, or other combustible devices are allowed on Lakeside property.
7. As a renter, I am not allowed to bring any cats, dogs, or other pets onto Lakeside property at any time, even if on a leash or in a cage.
8. I will obey the specific rules for use of the (a) Tennis Courts, (b) Pool & Jacuzzi, (c) Round Lake and Beaches, and (d)
Pond and Nature Areas, copies of which are attached.
9. I specifically acknowledge and will (a) follow all state health laws, (b) always shower before entering the pool, (c) not permit any child who is not potty trained to go in the pool unless the child is wearing a diaper specifically designed for use in a pool, (d) not permit any food, beverages, or glass in the pool building. (e) be responsible for any damage I cause to any common element, and (1) follow any posted additional rules. I agree to pay any pool cleaning charges, which can be substantial, levied for any violation of pool rules, in addition to acknowledging that any violation may cause me to lose my pool privileges.
10. I agree to the above on behalf of myself, my family, and any other person on Lakeside property as my guest while I am renting a unit hereon.

    The best was the proximity of Toski Sands and the kitchen was well equipped . The worst was the volume of the fountain in the pond in front. We loved the 5:30 pm shut off time when we could enjoy the porch.

    Our stay in Michigan was great! The condo was clean, and exactly as pictured. The sporting goods in the garage were a wonderful added bonus to allow us to use all the condo amenities such as the basketball hoop. Round lake is a beautiful clear lake with a nice sandy entry. Short drive to the state park and great dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

    We really enjoyed our stay. The place was well equipped with kitchen gadgets with thoughtful additions like a wok, measuring cups and spoons, storage containers, and a Ninja blender. The rooms were great, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The laundry room was a great bonus. The pool is very close -- right across the parking area -- and the perfect temperature. We couldn't believe we were the only guests in the pool on a Saturday! The bottle of wine was also a lovely touch. It was a wonderful stay and I hope to return again soon.
