  Park Walk Place is a very quaint and functional cottage and well organized. While cozy, the space is optimized. And the location is perfect.
  
  I wouldn't recommend more than one family because there is only one full bathroom.
  
  Two challenges that we got past but made for a tough arrival: 1. The house was very warm upon arrival prompting my frantic texts for more window AC units. Would have been great if Graham would have anticipated how hot the house would be and ensured it was cool for our arrival. Of course, being Northern MI, it cooled down after that first day and we were totally fine. 2. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms so we had to go buy them. With only one full bath and a mom and two teenage girls, we needed more space for getting ready so we bought the mirrors and left them. I hope you will hang them in the bedrooms for future guests.
