Built in 1900 as the original Carriage House for the historic Idylwild Resort, Windover Cottage was lovingly maintained by the same family for generations until the Keen family purchased and restored the home. Recognized with multiple design awards from Michigan Blue and Detroit Design Magazine, this charming cottage retains its authentic character—including a hand-built stone fireplace, many of the original windows, and classic cottage architecture—while offering all the comforts you’d expect from a modern home, including in-floor heat and air conditioning.
